Initiation into the Temple of Ara requires completion of our three Foundational Classes: Wand, Grail, and Shadow Work.

In addition to the Foundational Classes, the Temple of Ara offers online classes and in-person weekend intensives. These classes are often in association with Phyllis Curott and with other sponsoring organizations and will be listed on the website and in the calendar as scheduled.

Witches’ Wisdom Masterclass
with Phyllis Curott

This sought after Masterclass is composed of the Wand Magic and Grail Magic Foundational Classes. It is offered online in two segments, Wand and Grail, each consisting of six weekly 2-hour classes and a weekly 1-hour study group, with a break in between the two segments for practice, integration, and study group participation. Completion of the Masterclass constitutes fulfillment of the Foundational Wand and Grail Class requirements for those interested in pursuing Initiation in the Temple of Ara.

  • Study Groups

    Study Groups are a unique opportunity to learn more, practice in a group, and bring magic into your life. These groups are a way for folks to gather together in person or on- line to share their experiences and practice the techniques taught in the Foundational Classes. The Temple of Ara offers opportunities to continue to work in study groups following the conclusion of the Foundational Classes. Study group participation is required for those who wish to become Dedicated Initiates and those who wish to pursue Clergy training.

  • Spiritual Counseling and Private Mentoring

    Clergy of the Temple of Ara, including Phyllis Curott, offer spiritual counseling to address your needs, path, and progress. You may schedule a a 50-minute session to discuss the path that you are on, the challenges you face, the goals you are setting, the magic you are making, the signs and messages you are receiving, the meaning of what is manifesting in your life, the divine guidance you are seeking and the best way forward to fulfill the purpose you are here for.

Clergy Training

The Clergy of the Temple of Ara offer services to the community, to the community of Creation, to the Divine present in ourselves, in realms of Spirit and in the world. Clergy training leads us to awaken and honor the Sacred, with truth, integrity, and love.

Shamanic Circles

Everything has a spirit and shamans know that all beings are connected to each other, that animals and plants teach and heal.

The shamanic perspective is extremely important in the Tradition of Ara: participating in our circles is a unique opportunity to strengthen the bond with one’s allied spirits, learn new techniques and share the wonder of traveling in the spiritual realms with other practitioners.

We journey to receive the wisdom we need to change our lives for the better, but also to explore the spiritual realms , to strengthen our perception of the interconnectedness that unites all things, and to learn to act in accordance with this awareness, resulting in healing. for ourselves and for the world that surrounds us and welcomes us.
